Nice location in a beautiful area close to Playa Chica Beach. You can easily reach the city center in just a minute's walk 🏖️.

Good place to stay in Puerto del Carmen, we stayed just 8 nights. Had access to kitchenette, it was really handy.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! The kitchenette with a microwave and fridge made it easy for us to prepare simple meals. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a huge bonus, as we were able to do laundry and pack light for our trip.

Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit small for my liking, but it's purely a matter of personal preference.

Wine, beer, milk, and water in fridge. Nice directory with local amenities, restaurant recommendations, etc.

Great Location and Pool: the apartment is situated in a key location, with easy access to nearby attractions. the pool area is clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment for guests to enjoy.

Lack of Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was a letdown. We had to re-clean the floors upon arrival, and there were remnants from previous guests under the beds.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great shower with plenty of hot water. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the old town and a lovely scenic walk back. The staff, particularly Mark and John, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out.

One thing that could improve the breakfast experience would be to provide more variety in terms of breakfast items.

One downside is the lack of air conditioning and insufficient cooling from the single fan, especially when the evening sun enters the apartment.

Additionally, the directory in the apartment provided us with helpful information about local amenities, places of interest, and restaurant recommendations. it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Perfect if you like a peaceful spot, and it's super close to Playa Chica Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Atlantic View 1B in Puerto del Carmen. Mark and John took great care of us and even allowed us to store our luggage until our late flight. The apartment was lovely and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was convenient to have a washing machine and a full oven for cooking. The shower was great, with plenty of hot water. The complex was quiet and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. The ground floor terrace area was perfect for us as older guests, with easy access to a walking-in shower.

We felt right at home at Atlantic View 1B and have no complaints whatsoever.

I had a blast at the apartment! The terrace was perfect for lounging, and the pool was super refreshing. Free WiFi was a plus, so I could upload all my vacation selfies. Really made me feel like a social media superstar.

Who needs air conditioning anyway? Definitely not me.
